Planetshakers School of Creative Arts offers Dance tuition to all ages and levels of experience, including Beginner Hip Hop, Kids Beginner Hip Hop, Intermediate/Advanced Hip Hop, and Beginner Jazz. Classes are held on a weekly basis at our Surrey Hills venue. Both group and private lessons are also available.

Private Lesson
Private dance lessons are available for those seeking one-on-one tuition. Students are taught a variety of styles and techniques according to their level of ability. Students progress quickly through intense and personal training, being guided in their personal and spiritual growth.
Kids Beginner Hip Hop
Teaching children the basics of dance, students aged between 6-14 begin their development in areas such as special awareness, stretching, floor work, beats and rhythm, music understanding and interpretation. They are encouraged and empowered in a safe and fun environment.
Beginner Hip Hop
This is a basic beginner class, teaching students the fundamentals of Hip Hop. Students are trained in flexibility and begin learning how to hear and interpret different rhythms of music and move accordingly in the proper Hip Hop technique.

Intermediate/Advanced Hip Hop
This is an advanced Hip Hop class in which the basic fundamentals of dance are built upon. It is a high intensity workout and requires some previous experience in Jazz, Ballet or Hip Hop. Students learn exciting and fast paced routines and are stretched, developing greater technique and higher resistance.
Beginner Jazz
This is a basic to Intermediate Jazz class in which participants are taught the proper techniques of Jazz. Students learn the different dynamics of music and how to interpret beats and move accordingly. The basic outline of each class includes, warm up, corner work and then a routine. Students are developed in their flexibility and learn to master a variety of different jumps and pirouettes while also learning how to balance.
